  • My intention in supporting a birthing mother is to fully support your physical and emotional needs on your birthing journey while empowering you to have the birth you envision. Service includes, but is not limited to;

    • 1 complimentary in-person consultation

    • 2 prenatal one-on-one sessions

    • Phone, text, and email support throughout your pregnancy

    • On-call assistance beginning at 37 weeks and up to 12 hours of support during labor and birth

    • 2-hour immediate postpartum support

    • 1 postpartum nourishing meal

    • 1 in-home postpartum follow-up

    My intention in providing postpartum support is to help make the transition into motherhood as peaceful as possible. I will assist in customizing a 6 week postpartum care plan prior to labor that is dedicated to serving you and your family’s needs. Service includes, but is not limited to;

    • Nourishing meal preparation

    • Lactation support/Breastfeeding/ Bottle feeding


    • Sibling care

  • As an herbalist and holistic doula, I have seen and used the power of herbs to heal and comfort from the inside out. Current offering includes;

    Description

    This formula is formulated and handcrafted by me using a method of soaking the herbs in organic cold-pressed sesame seed oil, organic sunflower oil, and organic almond oil. This is NOT an essential oil-based product.

  • Description

    Belly Binding is the tradition of wrapping the postpartum belly 2-4 days after a vaginal birth or 10 days to 2 weeks after a cesarean birth. With a total of 3 sessions, you will receive a warming womb oil massage followed by a warm application covering of cloth with binding of the entire abdomen from underneath the breast line to the hips. The womb oil is yours to keep for continuous application and healing.
